Worker training is not a paperwork exercise: it is the preventive measure the enforcement authorities check first.
I organise and deliver the courses set out in the State-Regions Agreement of 17 April 2025, the single agreement that replaced the earlier ones, for workers, supervisors and managers, refresher courses included, with an attendance register and a personal certificate for each participant. Content is adapted to the company's actual operations: generic training is forgotten the next day.
For courses requiring particular certification — fire safety, first aid, and the work equipment for which article 73(5) requires specific operator certification — I handle the scheduling and the coordination with authorised training providers.
Behind me are more than nine hundred documented teaching hours since 2022 and the safety-trainer requirements set by the Italian Interministerial Decree of 6 March 2013.
