Where do you stand
on safety?

Twelve questions, three minutes. At the end you get the list of obligations you are most likely missing, each with the provision it comes from.

Your answers stay in your browser. Nothing is sent, I never see them and nothing is stored anywhere: close the page and they are gone. There is no form to fill in and no address to leave.

1 How many workers does your company have?

Count employees, working partners, collaborators and trainees — not the owner alone.

2 Do you have a risk assessment document (DVR)?
3 Who is your Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP)?
4 Have your workers had general and job-specific safety training?

Four hours of general training plus four, eight or twelve hours of specific training depending on the company's risk class, with a personal certificate.

5 Have supervisors been formally identified and trained?

A supervisor is anyone who oversees the work of others: a foreman, a shift leader, whoever hands out the tasks.

6 Is there an occupational physician and active health surveillance?
7 Is there a workers' safety representative (RLS)?
8 Do you have designated fire-safety and first-aid responders?
9 Are chemical products used on your premises?

Including professional detergents, paints, solvents, oils, adhesives and disinfectants — not only substances labelled as hazardous.

10 Do you work on construction sites, including as a contractor or subcontractor?
11 Are forklifts, aerial platforms, cranes or tractors used?
12 Do you produce, process or serve food?
