Sectors

Where I have
worked so far.

Each entry is a sector in which I have supported at least one company since 2022, as external safety officer, as management-system consultant or as trainer. Client names stay with the clients: what matters here is the trade.

  • Plumbing and HVAC systems
  • Electrical installations
  • Building and specialised construction
  • Timber structures
  • Steel fabrication
  • Medical devices and in vitro diagnostics
  • Distribution of medical supplies
  • Landscaping and grounds maintenance
  • Agriculture and plant nurseries
  • Controlled-environment growing
  • Timber and biomass
  • Mechanical engineering and manufacturing
  • Civil engineering and technical practices
  • Transport
  • Cleaning and concierge services
  • Social cooperatives and care services
  • Retail
  • Veterinary services
  • Sports facilities

Documents people use,
not documents people file.

A risk assessment copied from a template and a quality manual nobody ever opens share the same flaw: they describe a company that does not exist. I always start from how the work is actually done, and what I write has to hold up both in front of an inspector and in front of the people on the shop floor.

About

Battisti Davide

With a degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and the Workplace, I work as an external safety officer (RSPP) and HSE&Quality consultant for manufacturers, laboratories and construction firms.

I have been doing this since 2022: first within a consultancy firm, since 2025 through my own practice. Over these years I have held the RSPP appointment for twenty-eight companies and supported eighteen organisations on management systems, in five cases as their internal Management System Manager. Seven of those projects ended in a certification obtained for the first time.

I am a qualified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 13485, and I carry out internal audits and second-party audits on suppliers: it is the best way to reach the certification body's audit prepared, because findings surface while there is still time to close them.

Alongside this there is the classroom — more than nine hundred documented teaching hours on occupational safety and food hygiene — and regulatory work for a manufacturer of diagnostic devices, from technical documentation to labelling.

These trades hold hands: the same procedures that get a company through a certification audit are the ones that, when genuinely applied, keep people safe. Every engagement is defined in writing, stating precisely what is included and what remains the employer's own responsibility.

28 companies served as external safety officer since 2022
18 organisations supported on management systems
900+ documented hours of classroom teaching
4 Lead Auditor qualifications: ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 13485

Degree in Prevention Techniques in the Environment and the Workplace (class L/SNT 4) · Safety trainer qualified under the Italian Interministerial Decree of 6 March 2013 · 40-hour RSPP refresher valid until 2031 · Professional indemnity insurance of 1,500,000 €
